Applicable scope:
1. Thermal conductive plastic, the addition of alumina thermal conductive powder increases the thermal conductivity of polypropylene (PP), and the thermal conductivity of alumina/PP composite materials increases with the increase of alumina dosage,
2. Thermal conductive silicone rubber. Adding alumina thermal conductive powder can improve the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber without affecting transparency. An appropriate amount of addition can make the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber reach 1.48-2 W/(m • K)
3. Thermal conductive adhesives, such as epoxy adhesives, epoxy resins, thermal conductive coatings, etc., can achieve a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.6 W/(m • K) or above by adding alumina thermal conductive powder
Dosage: It is generally recommended to add around 5-8%, and the specific amount will be determined by the customer's trial results
